Message	in the way of paying customers. NO "reputable" vendor should be "too busy" for paying customers. If they are too busy, they should hire someone for customer service/relations. There's no excuse in my opinion. I've dealt with Coz and Kuah MANY times and NEVER have they been anything but polite, prompt and HAPPY to serve me. My $.02.
